Lars will be performing the exam preparation sessions of the mathematical courses. Besides this, he also privately tutors for many courses. He has previous experience with private tutoring and is particularly fond of explaining topics by the means of examples and visualizations. However, he also likes abstract mathematics and attempting rigorous proofs.

Within this department, I am a member of the Educational Program Committee (EPC). Here, my role is student representative of the bachelor program. In summary, we ensure the quality of education at the programs DKE offers remains high. I am also a student ambassador, meaning I present the faculty to prospective students by visiting information fairs, schools, helping at open days and other events. Next to my educational activities and contributions, I was also the Secretary and Community Manager of the 27th board of MSV Incognito; the department’s study association. Its main goal is to enrich students’ social, professional, and educational lives through activities and public outreach. Currently, I am also treasurer of the 28th board.
Alexei will provide exam preparation sessions and tutoring for courses mainly focused on programming. He is passionate about coding and Java and will help you understand and overcome the problems you encounter. His area of interest lies in computer vision and mathematical optimization.
